This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through tradeeasy.com and any products or services provided by Trade Easy, LLC (“Trade Easy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing from Trade Easy, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. 7-Day Refund Policy

Trade Easy offers a 7-day refund policy.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting:

support@tradeeasy.com

To help us process your request, please include the email address used for purchase, your order number if available, and the product or subscription you purchased.

3. Refunds After 7 Days

After 7 days, all sales are final.

We do not provide refunds after the 7-day refund period unless required by law or expressly approved by Trade Easy in writing.

4. Subscriptions

Trade Easy may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring subscriptions.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your next renewal date.

5. Lifetime and One-Time Purchases

Lifetime access, one-time purchases, upgrades, add-ons, upsells, backtesting products, TradingView indicators, strategy scripts, software tools, and other digital products are eligible for the same 7-day refund policy unless otherwise stated at checkout.

After 7 days, these purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Trade Easy in writing.

6. One-Click Upsells and Add-Ons

If you purchase a one-click upsell, upgrade, add-on, backtester, strategy script, TradingView product, or other additional product, that purchase is subject to this Refund Policy.

You may request a refund within 7 days of that specific purchase. After 7 days, the purchase is final.

7. No Partial Refunds for Unused Time

We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused subscription time, unused access, lack of use, account inactivity, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

8. Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds for renewal charges may be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge. After 7 days, renewal payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Trade Easy in writing.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Trade Easy reserves the right to deny a refund request if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a user has:

  • Abused the refund policy
  • Repeatedly purchased and refunded products
  • Shared, copied, leaked, resold, or redistributed Trade Easy products
  • Violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Attempted to bypass access controls or payment systems
  • Used Trade Easy products in a way that violates our license terms
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith activity

10. Product Access After Refund

If a refund is approved, your access to the refunded product, subscription, indicator, strategy script, software tool, community feature, or related service may be revoked.

11. Trading and Investing Disclaimer

Refund eligibility is not based on trading results, investment performance, profitability, losses, expectations, or personal trading outcomes.

Trade Easy products are educational tools only and are not financial advice. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital.

We do not guarantee trading profits, investment returns, improved performance, or specific financial outcomes.

12. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.

Refund processing times may vary depending on Stripe, WooCommerce, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact support@tradeeasy.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Trade Easy products, subscriptions, accounts, or services if a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal is initiated.

14. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Trade Easy after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
