By accessing or using our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or subscription, joining any community feature, or using any Trade Easy product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

Trade Easy provides trading indicators, TradingView-related tools, software products, strategy scripts, backtesting tools, educational resources, market-related content, community features, subscriptions, upgrades, upsells, and related products and services.
We may add, remove, rename, update, replace, or modify products and features over time. These Terms apply to all current and future products and services offered under the Trade Easy brand unless separate terms are provided for a specific product.
Trade Easy is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, commodity trading advisor, tax advisor, attorney, or fiduciary.
All Trade Easy content, tools, indicators, scripts, backtests, community discussions, examples, screenshots, videos, written materials, and other resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Trade Easy is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing provided by Trade Easy is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, trade, or invest in any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, futures contract, option, currency, or financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investing decisions.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose money, including your entire investment or trading capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Trade Easy products may include TradingView indicators, scripts, software tools, dashboards, alerts, strategy scripts, backtesting products, educational templates, or related resources.

Any signals, labels, alerts, colors, calculations, outputs, or visual displays generated by our tools are informational and educational only. They are not buy, sell, hold, short, or investment recommendations.
You are responsible for understanding how any tool works before using it.
Trade Easy may offer backtesting tools, strategy scripts, historical examples, hypothetical performance examples, optimization tools, screenshots, demonstrations, or related products.
Backtested and hypothetical results are not actual trading results. They may be based on assumptions, historical data, idealized conditions, platform limitations, hindsight, selected parameters, or incomplete market conditions.
Backtesting has limitations and may not account for live execution issues, slippage, liquidity, commissions, spreads, latency, data quality, changing market conditions, emotional decision-making, or other real-world factors.
No backtest, strategy script, historical example, hypothetical example, or performance demonstration guarantees future performance.
Some Trade Easy products may be designed for use with TradingView or other third-party platforms.
Trade Easy is not responsible for third-party platforms, including their availability, pricing, data, features, outages, limitations, errors, policies, or changes. You may need your own account with a third-party platform to use certain Trade Easy products.
Trade Easy does not provide an independent market data feed. Any chart data, price data, or market data used with Trade Easy tools may depend on TradingView or another third-party platform.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by the terms, policies, and requirements of those third parties.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trade Easy.
By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
You may need to create an account to access certain products or services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, account access, and any connected third-party accounts.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@tradeeasy.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, create risk for Trade Easy, or are used in an unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
Trade Easy may sell monthly, quarterly, annual, lifetime, one-time, upgrade, upsell, add-on, or other paid products and subscriptions.
Payments are processed through Stripe and/or WooCommerce integrations. By purchasing, you authorize Trade Easy and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any recurring subscription charges, taxes, fees, upgrades, upsells, or add-ons you select.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
We may update prices, product offerings, billing options, subscription plans, or promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not affect a purchase already completed, but may affect future renewals, new purchases, or plan changes.
Subscription products may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Subscription options may include monthly, quarterly, annual, or other billing periods shown at checkout.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the customer portal before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless the payment qualifies under our Refund Policy.
Trade Easy may offer lifetime access products. “Lifetime” means lifetime access to the specific product purchased for as long as Trade Easy continues to offer and support that product, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that a product, feature, third-party integration, TradingView script, platform compatibility, or service will exist forever. Products may be modified, replaced, discontinued, or removed if necessary due to technical, business, legal, platform, or other reasons.
Trade Easy offers a 7-day refund policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@tradeeasy.com.
After 7 days, all sales are final unless required by law or expressly approved by Trade Easy in writing.
Refunds, subscription cancellations, renewal charges, lifetime purchases, one-click upsells, add-ons, and digital product purchases are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at:
You may cancel a subscription anytime through the customer portal.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for prior payments, partial billing periods, unused time, upgrades, upsells, add-ons, or lifetime purchases.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the next billing date.
Trade Easy may offer one-click upsells, upgrades, add-ons, backtesting tools, strategy scripts, TradingView products, or other related offers during or after checkout.
By accepting an upsell, upgrade, add-on, or additional product, you authorize Trade Easy and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the price shown at the time of purchase.
Additional products may have separate access rules, technical requirements, feature limitations, or product-specific terms.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Trade Easy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use purchased products for your own personal or internal business use.

All Trade Easy products, indicators, scripts, tools, content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, software, educational materials, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by Trade Easy or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Trade Easy intellectual property to you.
You may not use Trade Easy’s name, branding, logos, product names, scripts, tools, or content without prior written permission.
Trade Easy may provide access to community features, chats, groups, forums, comment sections, or other interactive areas.
You are responsible for anything you post or share. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, spammy, promotional, or harmful content.
Community discussions are for educational and informational purposes only. User-generated content does not represent Trade Easy’s advice, recommendation, or endorsement.
We may remove content or restrict community access at our discretion.
